Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how the user is interacting with the Site. If you contact our customer support representatives, you may provide Personal Information over the phone or email that will be collected and stored in our database.
Except for your email address, all gathered information is required to authenticate your financial transaction with the credit card company. We require your email address so that we can send you a receipt of your transaction and, if you've purchased software, we email the license key necessary for turning on the full functionality. All of TXDESIGN.CA's emails are in accordance with the strictest possible guidelines against Unsolicited Commercial Email.
Please be aware that you may refrain from voluntarily providing your personal information through our Site, but you will not be able to create an account or process your online order without this information. Security
TXDESIGN.CA has implemented several measures to ensure your personal information is protected. Account Information, preferences and order histories can only be accessed with a valid user name and password. Some sites (MyTemplates) can only be accessed through a separate portal that also requires an email and password. Every user is responsible for protecting their password from misuse or theft and we hold no responsibility for the misuse of your password. Your Organization Administrator has access to all orders placed through their reseller site, which includes personal information such as name, address, phone number and email address. Organization Administrators are subject to separate Terms of Use agreeing to adhere to TXDESIGN.CA’s policies for protecting sensitive customer information.
Designated administrators within TXDESIGN.CA, namely managers and customer service representatives, also have access to full order information in order to process orders through the TXDESIGN.CA Operations Management System, issue refunds and process cancellations.
